After 15 years, YWCA Boulder County will host its final Dancing with Boulder Stars with a “Last Dance” event on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
The event is just like the hit TV show, and local “stars" are paired with professional dance instructors as part of a dance competition to raise money for YWCA Boulder County programs. Guests and viewers vote with their dollars to help their favorite dance pair win! This is a hybrid event - attendees can be a part of the live studio audience at Boulder Theater (2032 14th St, Boulder, CO 80302), or join virtually to watch dance teams perform as they raise funds to support YWCA Boulder County's mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
This year's competition is unique because not only is it the "last dance," or final Dancing with Boulder Stars, but there is a large age gap in performers, including 78-year-old Audrey and 12-year-old Ivy, who both love to dance and are excited to have the opportunity to showcase their talent for a good cause.
